Hello employees,
WELCOME to the Care Plus Professionals Inc. Registry! We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted, onboarded, and can start taking cases immediately! Please READ & keep this email as it has important information that you will need to use in order to work and get paid as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Be on the lookout for text messages, emails, and phone calls from our care coordinators – who will now be your main point of contact going forward. They are the ones who will contact you when work is available in your area and when the case fits your selected schedule and specialties. When you speak to the coordinators, they will go into detail regarding the case schedule, exact location, duties involved and the pay rate (which differs from case to case). Be sure to check your text messages and emails frequently as the coordinators send out blasts when a case becomes available in your area. Please note the coordinator’s name and phone number so you may contact them directly and be added to the schedule. Cases are on a first come, first serve basis, so please respond quickly.
RN & LPN NURSING NOTES & TIMESHEETS:
In order to get paid, RNs & LPNs nursing notes & timesheets must be scanned and submitted every Monday. Additionally, RNs will also be required to complete this RN assessment. RNs & LPNs should email all of these documents to: skillednotes@careplusprofessionalsinc@gmail.com.
CNA & HHA TIMEKEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
CNAs & HHAs will use an extremely helpful app called “WellSky Personal Care”. This app can be used for a host of things including time keeping, viewing your schedule, client information, clocking in and out, driving directions, mileage tracking, and other useful functions (more on this awesome feature coming up).
CREATING YOUR “WELLSKY PERSONAL CARE” ACCOUNT:
Along with this email, you should have received an email from WellSky (if you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder & if you still do not see it, reply to this email – letting me know & I will have them send it again). That first email, from WellSky, will have a link confirming your email address. Once you confirm your email address, WellSky will send you a second email, with instructions allowing you to create your WellSky account. Once you have created your account, you then download the app for your Apple or Google Play device. If done correctly, you should be able to log in and explore all that the app has to offer. PAY DATES & METHODS:
Here is the pay schedule for 2023. We welcome our local Pasco and Pinellas caregivers to visit our Pasco and Pinellas office (23110 State Road 54 Lutz, Florida 33549) after 2 pm, on the pay dates listed to pick up your check.
If you are not from those areas, we will be mailing your check out on Thursday or Friday to the address you have provided on your application.
If you prefer direct deposit (for a small fee), please email any of the following 3 items to Careplusprofessionalsinc@gmail.com:
1. A CLEAR picture of a voided check;
2. A CLEAR picture of the direct deposit paper you can get from your bank;
3. A screen shot, of your banking app, showing your bank’s account # & routing # (please include your name and the name of your bank, in the email, as well)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Regarding the documents, licenses, and certificates you submitted with your application – we entered them into Wellsky and set reminders so you will be notified 3 months prior to their expiration date; however, it is your responsibility to stay on top of keeping your documents, licenses, and certificates valid and current. Whenever you receive updated or new documents – you are required to email us a CLEAR picture of them (which should be sent to: careplusprofessionalsinc@gmail.com). This way, Care Plus Professionals Inc. can stay in accordance with ACHA’s requirements while also keeping your file compliant. Again, it is your responsibility to help us keep your file updated.
